German wines are suitable for any occasion, from a casual get-together to an elegant reception. They are stimulatingly fresh and light - perfect wines for drinking with today's lighter cuisine. It the wine is to be served with a meal, remenber that the wine and food are partners, and as such, each should complement and enhance-not overpower-the other. Rivaner Riesling 2000 75cl (Dry White wine)

The work between fruity Rivaner and the intensive Riesling created a wine, which is suitable for every occasion and to every meal.

Riesling Spaetlese (late harvest) 1999 75cl (Dry White wine)

The finest and best known of Germanys white varieties. Its small grapes ripen late, October - November. This long, slow ripening period allows it to develop more aromas and a harmonious balance.

The wine: fine fruit bouquet, piquant taste, and great potential for aging.

Is among the best varieties in Germany. It ripens at the same time as Silvaner.

Kerner 1999 Spaetlese ( late harvest) 75cl (Med.Dry White wine)

Is a popular new crossing, developed from Trollinger and Riesling. It has thick skinned, early ripening grapes.

Wine: light Muscat bouquet, racy, lively acidity.

Spaetburgunder 2000 (Pinot noir) (Dry Red wine)

Spaetburgunder 2000 is the Riesling's red counterpart (7% of total vineyards area) producing elegant, distinctive wines. Its small grapes ripen late. It originally came from the French province of Burgundy.

Wine: velvety, full-bodied, with hints of almonds.
