Quality Guarantee
We pride ourselves on shipping quality wine. However
if you don't like a wine bought from us for whatever
reason and return any unopened bottles in a sellable
condition within 7 days of purchase, we will refund
your money without question.

Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per
bottle or per case, as marked. The prices do not include
Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery
charges are additional. All Prices are subject to change
without prior warning. Minimum Order

Delivery
We will deliver your wine within 5 working days, excluding
Bank Holidays & the Christmas period, when we will
deliver orders within 7 working days.
Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge.
Within London-free delivery for a minimum of 12 bottles
or over £ 80 to a single address.
England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands free
delivery for a minimum of 24 Bottles or over £
200 to a single address.
On orders of less than 24 bottles or under £
200 there is a delivery charge.

Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old
or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are
at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient
must also be over 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the
recipient on delivery, they will request some form of
ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce
appropriate ID, our couriers will be unable to leave
the wine.
Once the wine has been delivered, according to your
original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient's
responsibility. This does not affect your right to a
replacement case if it is stolen as set out in our delivery
promise.
Security Guarantee
To comply with the Data Protection Act 1985 we are to
inform you that we may record your name and address
on computer for Weber Wines sole use. Please let us
know if you object to us keeping information in such
a manner.

Vintages
In the event of the quoted vintage being exhausted, the
next available vintage will be substituted.
Breakages
Please examine goods before signing, and sign delivery
note accordingly. report breakage immediately.
