| Bodenheim
/ Rheihessen
Established in 1930 in the small Town of Bodenheim
close to the beautiful Town of Mainz and better
known as the Gateway to the Rheinfront (Rheinterassen),
you will find the exclusive vineyard of the Thomas
Weber family.
The name 'Rheinfront' is given to vineyards on
gentle slopes directly facing the Rhein River
near the town of Nierstein. Some of the finest
wines in Germany are produced here, especially
from the Riesling grape.
There were already admirers of Rheinhessen's
mild, agreeable, fragrant wines during the Carolingian
period. Charlemagne, who had a fortress at Ingelheim,
was one of the earliest promoters of these wines.
White or Red wine from Weber vineyard will give
you all the pleasure and enjoyment you expect
from a good wine.
